Women
The Women's Ministry "Women of the Word," or W.O.W., is aimed at bringing
encouragement and growth to the women of Trinity Friends.

With this in mind, a women's committee has been formed to address the ministry
needs of women. This group plans activities and outings that lend support to, and
inspire growth in, the women of the church.

To help women grow in the knowledge of the Lord, a variety of Bible studies and
sharing groups are available. "Women Renewed" is a Bible based group that
meets every Monday at 7:00 p.m.in the Fireside Room. The women's Bible study
"Care, Share, Prayer" meets on Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. in the Fireside Room.
In addition to the Bible study groups, there is also a sewing group called "Quilting
Friends" that meets and works on and shares knowledge dealing with the art of
quilting. This group sometimes takes on sewing projects that are of benefit to
other ministries within the church.

The WMF, or Women's Missionary Fellowship, falls under the heading of
Women's Ministries, but has as its central focus outreach to missionary families
and organizations supported by the church.
